Case Study:

Background CCTV

We have provided background CCTV images and cameras for a number of dramas.

On location we have a system of getting cameras up high into CCTV positions and then record locally all images being viewed on mobile video village. When we are working separately from the main unit we can stream our output so images and sequences can be signed off remotely.

Our BR-Remote carbon fibre weatherproof remote cameras made an on screen appearance in episode 6 of BBC’s second series of “The Capture” Our cameras were used on screen and provided 4 feeds of an interrogation scene to giant screens in the back of shot.

On Danny Boyles Babylon the production required lots of CCTV footage to be playing on screens in the background in various Police control rooms. During one key riot scene the viewer is immersed into a prison riot using just the CCTV footage.

Mini Remote PTZ cameras were attached to lamp posts high up during other key scenes to give overall view of riots and police road blocks.
