Case Study:
Genius Game

This was a huge multi camera shoot in Maidstone Studios.
As well the studio and PSC cameras we supplied a mixture of Sony FR7’s and Panasonic UE160’s for the fix rig element of the show. These were integrated into the incredible set with the help of the art department. Two of our FR7’s ran along the set on a Blackcam B20 overhead track and dolly. These made for great tracking birds eye shots of the set and players when they were running between rooms. To capture close ups in the mini games, we integrated pinhole and tiny HD minicams into the games set ups. This involved working closely with the Art department to take apart the games set and hide our cameras from the view of the studio cameras. An example of this is when we hid a Marshall in a lamp by taking it apart to fix the lens above the bulb.
